                                They mention they have participated recently in LFGHO (last January) but there is no evidence it was with this project or a different one. There is no recent commit within the last 30 days. There is no activity on more than 20 days in the last 90 days. They participated in GG17, GG18, and GG19. If they share/disclose progress we can review again. If not this application is ineligible for GG20.

                                Strong history of participation in hackathons but I am not seeing where there has been ongoing development as the last updates I am seeing in GH are SEPT 2023.  Needs third review
