ReFi DAO's mission to foster a global regenerative economy and support of regenerative villages directly addresses the biodiversity collapse vertical of the metacrisis. Additionally, by focusing on reshaping economic systems and incentives, the project addresses horizontal areas such as multipolar traps and perverse incentives, by attempting to create communities and systems that prioritize regeneration and collaboration over competition and harmful self-interest.
