Innovation in Application Use Cases: Projects should explore and implement new and novel use cases for applications within the Web3 sphere. We're interested in projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, showcasing the versatility and expansive potential of Web3 technologies to address a wide range of needs and opportunities.

                                Agreed with the other reviewer they may resubmit with the information needed if they wish to appeal but, given what we have today, we cannot approve them for entry to the round.

                                There is no recent code commit within the last 30 days (only images of logo/s). There is no activity on more than 20 days in the last 90 days.  Contributions are only from one individual. There is also an empty repo the 404-benchmark. The project is from a team which is recognized and valued in the Arbitrum ecosystem. The teams needs to disclose more info (repos with more activity) if they want to be approved.

                                    Scattering provides a user experience focused on the hybrid NFT marketplace, integrating numerous features like DEX trading with NFT transactions in a single portal, lowering trading fees, and mobile optimization, which simplifies and adds practical utility for everyday users in the NFT and broader Web3 space.

We're interested in projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, showcasing the versatility and expansive potential of Web3 technologies to address a wide range of needs and opportunities.

                                    Scattering addresses novel use cases by focusing on the relatively new concept of hybrid NFTs, supporting multiple token standards, and providing instant liquidity markets for NFTs. Through these services, Scattering is pushing the current boundaries of NFT utility and adoption in Web3.
