[TEST] International Biohacking Community Subsystems Eligibility

Please support our development of our decentralized app which will include the ability to publish research papers onto the blockchain in our preprint server, communicate with others on the new biohacking forum(deployed on the blockchain), earn $BIOHACK tokens, to be used as a reward token for collaborations with local and international organizations and to be used as a donation token to support Decentralized Science(DeSci) initiatives and other causes. The dApp will also include a feature to allow for anyone to create and publish articles/blog posts about subject(s) of their choosing within biohacking to allow for a decentralized, federated microblogging network!
