ReFi DAO Local Node Eligibility

The ReFi DAO Local Node round is a $30k cUSD match funding pool sponsored by Celo Foundation, Celo Europe and KNKT DAO. Our goal is to form local startup communities in key cities around the world. Through hosting monthly events we'll onboard talent and capital into regeneration via web3.

Requirements

• NEW NODES must apply via: https://tally.so/r/mK5VYM
• EXISTING NODES must prove impact: https://tally.so/r/nG9zJo?ref=blog.refidao.com
• Be led by two or more founders
• Founders must make a 3-5 year commitment to regeneration in their city
• Demonstrate a clear and compelling vision for regenerating their city
• Be able to identify key local leaders across public, private, and third sectors
• Be able to gather support from advisors across web3, climate, and social justice
• Demonstrate event organizing and community building competence
• Receive match funding in cUSD via a Celo multi-sig with at least one signer performing KYC
