TEST IERC Grants Quadratic Funding Round One Eligibility

At IERC DAO, we believe in the power of decentralized governance and community-driven decision-making. This Quadratic Funding Round is designed to empower community members to propose and fund projects that align with our mission and values. Whether you're a developer, entrepreneur, or enthusiast passionate about advancing decentralized technologies, we invite you to participate and make your voice heard. How it Works: Proposal Submission: To participate in the Quadratic Funding Round, submit a proposal outlining your project, its objectives, and how it contributes to the IERC ecosystem. Proposals should be concise, informative, and aligned with our mission and values. Community Review: Once submitted, proposals will undergo community review and discussion on the Gitcoin platform. Community members are encouraged to provide feedback, ask questions, and engage with proposal authors to better understand their ideas. Voting: After the review period, community members can vote for their favorite proposals using Gitcoin's quadratic voting mechanism. Quadratic voting allows individuals to allocate voting power proportional to the square root of their contribution, ensuring a fair and democratic decision-making process. Funding Allocation: Based on the results of the voting process, funds will be allocated to proposals with the highest community support. Gitcoin's quadratic funding algorithm will match contributions from individual donors, amplifying the impact of smaller donations and incentivizing broad community participation. Grant Distribution: Once the funding round concludes, grants will be distributed to selected projects to support their development and implementation. Grant recipients will be required to provide regular updates on their progress and milestones achieved.
