[🌌🔭] [INACTIVE] Astrochain Subsystems Eligibility

This is a test round for the upcoming "Astrochain Subsystems" multichain Quadratic Funding(QF) round which will begin on July 1 2024. The "Astrochain Subsystems" round will allow the public to prioritize the development of specific subsystems(area of focus) within Astrochain's development. The respective subsystems are(of 5/8/24): - AstroFeed: Decentralized, Federated Social Media Network for Astronomers with build-in IPFS support. - AstroCenter: Digital 250,000sqft Metaverse space for community research and science education - AstroPrint: Decentralized preprint server built into the Astrochain Decentralized App with a focus on Astronomy, Astrobiology, and Astrophysics(specific tagging, filtering, AstroStore and AstroFeed integrations, etc.) - AstroStore: Decentralized, Structured Astronomical Catalog on the blockchain.
