2023 年 9 月，FAB DAO 成立綠沙發小組（Green Sofa），成為國際「綠藥丸網絡」（GreenPill Network）的一員，可以說是 GreenPill Taiwan 的行動者。綠藥丸網絡由數十個在地社群組合而成，目標為使用 web3 工具，促進各地非營利行動、生態永續專案。FAB DAO 成立兩年以來，同樣實驗、研究、行動於相同領域。我們持續努力打造 web3 數位公共領域。 同樣於 2023 年 9 月，FAB DAO 於 Gitcoin 第十八輪（Gitcoin Grant Round 18）與全球中文社群測試輪（Global Chinese Community Beta Round ）募得約 1369.69 美元的補助金，感謝近 100 位贊助者與公共資金。 經過社群會議討論，我們認為這筆款項應該用於公共財實驗，因此 FAB DAO 將於 11 月發起「補助讚！」實驗專案，將補助金全數投入各式非營利專案，即日起公開徵求行動提案。 本次「補助讚！」專案將使用 Gitcoin 所開發的開源工具—「補助棧」（Grant Stack）進行實驗。「補助棧」為一開源工具，任何人都可以使用該工具，完成平方募資法（Quadratic Funding），有效分配公共資金。平方募資法的特色在於，藉由小額贊助者的選擇，以群眾贊助款項的平方根和（Sum of Square Root）產生分配權重，創造集體智慧（Collective Intelligence）。簡單來說，便是以零錢支持喜歡的行動，為該行動創造更多的補助金。 台灣目前仍缺乏平方募資法的實際執行案例，為驗證該方法於數位公共生態系使否有效，FAB DAO 以募得之公共資金作纲開始，並將持續投入資源，創造韌性共融的 web3 公共生態系，有效成為 web3 國際非營利夥伴的一員。我們將於今年 12 月舉辦於台北的國際論壇 Funding the Commons 進行實驗報告。 FAB DAO 廚房與客廳委員會、綠沙發專案小組敬邀 Formosa Art Bank DAO 福爾摩沙藝術銀行
