Our Protocol captures the value of unextracted gold reserves in Liquidity Pools built based on specific mining projects, which means that the number of tokens comprising them is finite. This stops the mining process, avoiding GHG emmisions and protecting the environment from the destruction required to mine the minerals.

Each liquidity pool constitutes a DAO, decentralizing decision making. ALTERNUN proposes executing projects with 50% of the liquidity focusing on REDEFI (Regenerative Decentralized Finance) projects that generate economic, social, and environmental profitability while conserving gold mining reserves. The execution of projects also uses tokens technology to improve traceability and transparency in resource execution. Good examples of the projects we can develop are:

  • Solar energy farms.
  • Small hidroelectric powerplants.
  • Regenerative agriculture.
  • Afforestation.
  • Technology for ReFi like dMRV.

Using dMVR we can continiously offer information to users about the protection of the mining area and progress of the projects.

Profits generated from the projects are distributed between the token owners (80%), ALTERNUN (15%) and 5% is to fill up the liquidity pool in order to generate a compensation fund system to follow international gold price.
