AttestDeFi is an innovative extension of the Zenbit Badges (ZB) platform, designed to streamline token distributions to attested addresses during Zenbit Badges events or any EAS Schema. One of its key features is the ability to distribute tokens on one chain while attesting on another, offering seamless cross-chain functionality. By integrating DeFi functionalities with ZB's robust attestation mechanisms, AttestDeFi bridges the gap between skill verification and tangible rewards within the Web3 ecosystem. Developed as a prototype during Superhack 2024, organized by ETH Global, AttestDeFi gained swift recognition, securing 2nd place for Best Onchain Funding App from Celo.

How It Works

1. Attestation Retrieval: AttestDeFi connects with the EAS to retrieve a list of addresses that have received attestations under a specific schema or from a particular attestor/event within Zenbit Badges.
2. Token Distribution Setup: Event organizers specify the amount of tokens to distribute to the verified addresses.
3. Disperse Contract Execution: The distribution is carried out through a Disperse contract, which allows for the simultaneous transfer of tokens to multiple addresses, reducing gas fees and transaction times.

Integration with Zenbit Badges

AttestDeFi enhances the Zenbit Badges ecosystem by providing a practical application of on-chain attestations:
