Product Manager at Blockful | Web3 MBA Lecturer

Focusing on on-chain reputation • Building in public (goods) @blockful_io | KB8 Fellow

Hi, I’m Daniela (danimim.eth), and I’ve been working in the web3 space since 2019. Currently, I’m a Product Manager at Blockful, where we collaborate with DAOs to help them thrive by participating, researching, and enhancing governance. Blockful is also official service providers for ENS DAO and Shutter.

Outside of Blockful, I’m a Chainlink Community Advocate and teach web3 topics in MBA and postgraduate courses at three colleges in Brazil. I’ve had the chance to speak at major events like ETH Belgrade, ETH Denver, SmartCon, and Ethereum Argentina, usually discussing on-chain reputation and governance.

After winning three awards at the ETH Argentina hackathon in 2023, I got really into on-chain reputation. This led me to create Trustful, a product focused on collecting data to build on-chain reputations for members of different organizations to make grants allocation fairer.

I’m also a long-time member of the Arbitrum DAO, a Lil Nouner working on social projects in Brazil. I’ve gotten the hang of writing and analyzing proposals, mainly for DAOs/projects like Optimism, Gitcoin, Octant, Nouns, and Arbitrum DAO. I understand how most grants work, how they are evaluated, and the various application platforms.

I've a prior experience as a researcher at one of Brazil's leading web3 research houses (Paradigma Education). Willing to using necessary tools and proficient in creating and submitting reports, including using designated time-tracking tools for regular reporting.

I’m passionate about human coordination and making web3 more impactful. I hold a degree in literature and am working towards a degree in Data Science.

My goal is to see the ecosystem focus more on "funding what matters."
