The goal of this collaborative research is to evaluate the impact of having english spoken Public Goods content dubbed and translated to different languages.

We will post dubbed videos and audios weekly on youtube and podcast platforms and report to OpenCivics the monthly engagement outcomes shown in the analytics.

🇲🇽🇧🇷🇹🇷 Initially we will be translating to Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese. We will coordinate using the Charmverse workspace integrated to the multisig to manage the social media work initially among these 3 languages.

We have teamed up among Diogo (AgroforestDAO - Brazil), Humberto (Urbanika - Mexico) and Sohto (Earthist - Turkey), created a 2/3 multisig and plan to use the funds to pay 1- the costs of the AI and the work of posting, 2- engaging with social media and Charmverse and 3- organizing the workspace and sharing results.

According to some online lists of best AI for dubbing videos, Eleven Labs seems to be the best cost benefit:

💻 We will start subscribing to the Pro plan, because it is has the best option of minutes per month. Whatever fund ir raised will go to the subscription, to the work of using Eleven Labs/YouTube/Spotify (reviewing, posting and engaging) and organizing the workspace.

🌐 The goal is to take videos published on YouTube by Public Goods channels and give them more audience. We want to start with a 3 months subscription, to deliver 1 long podcast video per week and 2 shorts. In the optimistic case that we start monetizing on Youtube and Spotify, we will pay the rest of the year operational costs and onboard more languages to our channel.

If we get 1.000 usd we can: Pay $55 for a 3 months Creator account (120 minutes per month) PLUS Pay $900 for 1 month of 3 language Youtube/Spotify managers posting three 30 min podcasts and two 4 min shorts per week

If we get 3.000 usd we can: Pay $200 usd to aquire 2 months of a Professional plan (~600 minutes/month) PLUS Pay $2100 usd for 2 months of 3 managers of a YouTube/Spotify channel posting each 1 long video (40 min) and 2 shorts (10 min) per week, total 600 hours/month PLUS $200 usd Charmverse management

If we get 6.000 usd we can: Pay $400 for 4 months of Pro account PLUS Pay $4.200 for 4 months of 3 language Youtube/Spotify channel management posting each 1 long video (40 min) and 2 shorts (10 min) per week, total 600 hours/month PLUS Pay $800 for 4 months of Charmverse management and a battle tested bounties/reward mechanism integrated with multisig that in the future can serve new social media managers with other languages
