Farmers League, a thriving community of over 1,000 Web3 enthusiasts, seeks to leverage CollabTech to enhance collaboration and productivity within decentralized organizations. Our project aims to develop and implement tools for efficient governance, decision-making, and operations management (including accounting, sales automation, and talent management) on-chain. By focusing on identity and reputation systems, we will also empower our community to build trust and accountability in a decentralized environment. This initiative will not only advance the B2B SaaS landscape but also pave the way for the future of work, aligning with the goals of the CollabTech grant.
