Hatchyverse is an innovative expression of a community-driven gaming ecosystem built on the premise of a decentralized intellectual property (IP) and open-source development. Our vision is to transform co-creation by dramatically lowering production barriers, providing high-quality assets, and empowering content creators with state-of-the-art infrastructure and tooling. Our experience spans not only building a rich library of assets worth over $1 million and innovative AI tools but also pioneering early blockchain integrations on Avalanche. For instance, our HatchyPocket team partnered with Cryptoseals—one of the first NFT collection mints on the Avalanche C-Chain—to launch a dedicated subnet (now known as an L1) for the project "Summoners on Chain." This early initiative, which even saw a public alpha on the Swimmer Network, provided invaluable insights into the potential and challenges of L1 (formerly Subnet) deployments, reinforcing the need for our own robust infrastructure.

Our IP—featuring a vibrant cast of characters and a meticulously crafted universe—has already spurred community engagement and inspired multiple gaming products.

We are in the midst of developing cutting-edge tools like the Hatchy Lore Bot, Hatchy Art Bot, and Game Dev AI Agent. These tools not only streamline the creative process but also ensure consistency and high-quality output across narrative, visual art, and code, further reducing the time and cost required to bring gaming visions to life.

Pioneering Blockchain Integration

Our collaboration with Cryptoseals on Summoners on Chain showcased our ability to execute complex blockchain projects on Avalanche. This subnet initiative—lauded for its innovative gameplay design, rich world-building, and robust engagement features—demonstrated our expertise in deploying and managing subnets. Although the public alpha on the Swimmer Network eventually folded, the lessons learned underscored the vital importance of owning a dedicated, scalable home to support the breadth of projects within our ecosystem.

Gaming Experiences

Our ecosystem is brought to life through a suite of engaging games that showcase the power decentralized IP and and accessible assets:

• Hatchy Rampage:
  A top-down rogue-lite survival shooter available on both iOS and Android. In Hatchy Rampage, players control Hatchies through fast-paced survival challenges, earning rewards and digital collectibles. The game is slated for a relaunch that will integrate with our Avalanche L1 infrastructure, unlocking enhanced on-chain features and deeper gameplay mechanics.

• Hatchy Arcania:
  A mobile MOBA that immerses players in strategic, competitive battles. Players assume the role of a Hatchy Master’s Avatar, earning new equipment and stats that not only boost in-game performance but also carry benefits across other experiences in our ecosystem, such as Hatchy Go and our upcoming serverless MMO. On-chain storage of equipment and rewards ensures true digital ownership.

• Ruins of Majika:
  A rich, immersive PC game currently live on Steam. Ruins of Majika offers a robust exploration of a new world and complements our mobile offerings, broadening our audience and showcasing the versatility of the Hatchyverse IP.

The Impact and Vision for Avalanche

To build on our success and further catalyze growth, we are focusing on establishing a robust Avalanche L1 infrastructure as our first priority. By deploying a network of incentivized validator nodes, we will ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performance foundation for all subsequent gaming and social experiences on Avalanche. This critical infrastructure will:

  With a minimum of 15 high-performance validator nodes, our decentralized L1 network will guarantee superior uptime and data integrity, creating a stable base for the growing Hatchyverse ecosystem.
