I am a biology student dedicated to bridge the gap between science and other knowledge domains, with a focus on Spanish and Portuguese speakers. My goal is to make scientific knowledge more accessible and to engage the public in current scientific developments. Blockchain technology presents significant opportunities for addressing scientific challenges and fostering innovation. Despite this, the adoption of new technologies in science can be slow. The blockchain community has the potential to transform how science interacts with society. To support this, I am committed to sharing insights on blockchain applications in science and helping integrate these technologies into the scientific community. As a student I am currently working on two key projects: Microbiological and Molecular Analysis of Fish: I am conducting research with a team of students to identify bacterial causes of health crises in fish, related to contamination in rivers and reservoirs in my region. This project aims to address significant fish mortality issues. Biodata Storage and Analysis Using Blockchain: I am expanding my knowledge through courses on programming, biological software, and blockchain technology. This project seeks to develop innovative solutions for managing complex scientific data. Additionally, I am engaged in writing articles with Bankless to broaden the understanding of science and its intersection with other fields. I will also share my research progress through the publications, aiming to increase public awareness and involvement in scientific advancements. My efforts include advocating for interdisciplinary collaboration and organizing workshops to encourage idea exchange and iterative development. My focus is on advancing molecular and microbiological research while enhancing accessibility and application of blockchain in science.
Collaborating with NaciĆ³n Bankless I have written about the fundamental aspects of science and how it relates to DeSci.
I have also emphasized the importance of returning to the basic and foundational aspects of our humanity and focusing on them as we build our community.
