Non-profit seeks donations for free water purifying stations in Maui and Oahu to combat toxic water from fires, alongside initiatives in land preservation, food sovereignty, and educational seminars.

Our non-profit Aloha Earth is looking for donations to provide five separate large scale free water purifying stations across Maui, and three across Oahu.

Since the Lahaina fires, many locals have gotten sick and have died from the toxic waters. Many Lahaina construction workers are dying due to the toxic air and water, and we are moving quick to help this pressing issue. We remove heavy metals, chemicals, and hormones and need funding to bring these stations up ASAP to help the local communities.

We are working with Haven Water for at-cost units to give to free to our people. Haven's founder, Daryl "Ida" Kemsley, is also a for purpose film maker, and is currently creating a documentary, Aloha Always Wins, focusing on the sustainability of indigenous living, and providing a reference point to western audiences on how to thrive through disasters, and live in Aloha, community spirit in sustainable ways.

Our funding goes to our Land preservation projects (5acres in Lahaina), Land rehab (Non profit Aloha Organics which turns toxic lands clear for farming again), Food (micro and macro) delivering 1800 meals a week with Hungry Heroes Hawaii, and setting up seminars and giving free Poi boards to help Hawaiians go back to their food sovereignty with the re-introduction of Poi making (their sacred food). We are giving away free Poi boards to every local family and providing seminars where they may learn to make poi from Taro, the number 1 underutilized starch according to the UN. And lastly, purified water. The water has become toxic and through working with Haven, we are bringing 8 major free filtered water stations, and looking to provide 50 free home filtrations to families directly affected by the fires.

Any donations and sharing helps, may reach out on how to officially be a producer on our film, which will be launching with a platform for service project follow ups and non profit merchandise to support.

If you would like full producer deck of our for purpose film aimed for multi-generational impact, you may email me at ida@havenwater.io

Much aloha, thank you!
