Randamu is the company that grew out of the drand project and they currently stewarding the League of Entropy randomness beacon used in many web3 applications. Randamu proposes to build integrations of their drand based verifiable randomness function, timelock encryption and other verifiable attestation functions within the Optimism ecosystem.
Randamu's public goods threshold services play a critical role in security, fairness and honesty in governance and reputation in web3 projects. Making these services available to the Optimism ecosystem accelerates and expands many of the possible use cases for other builders in the network.
