Rate Caster

Rate Caster is a decentralized application (Dapp) and Frame built on Polygon PoS with EAS, designed to enhance transparency and trust within the Farcaster community. It enables users to rate and review decentralized applications within a frame (also check this frame), fostering a community-driven reputation system that helps users make informed decisions about which Dapps to trust and use. I'm currently figuring out how to combine features from both frames for a more cohesive experience and also increase the loading speed.

Farcaster Ecosystem Focus

Rate Caster is now focusing on Farcaster ecosystem applications, including mini-apps and frames, to drive community growth and engagement. Users can subscribe to receive alerts on newly built applications in the Farcaster ecosystem. The goal is to create a platform that showcases the best of Farcaster, empowering users to explore new apps with confidence.

Integration and Future Plans

Rate Caster is compatible with Warpcaster, allowing users to rate and review apps within it. Currently, user reviews are mapped to their wallets, but we have plans to integrate Farcaster IDs in the future, enabling real user reviews rather than just public key associations.
