Roaring Fork River Watershed Reforestation Fund
BASIN is working with the Aspen Valley Land Trust to do reforestation on their conserved properties throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado. We have also identified several other sites near Carbondale.
Primary focus is Ponderosa, Lodgepole pine and Aspen groves.
The funds raised will go into the roaring-fork-reforestation.basin perpetual purpose trust account. Half the funds will be used for immediate planting opportunities and half will be converted to yield bearing assets in Aave for a long term trust fund for reforestation.
