Decentralized oracle for peer-to-peer certification, enabling validation of real-world information as blockchain badges through community curators, including proving ownership of Web2 social profiles.

TheBadge is a decentralized oracle for certification. It allows users to bring validated information from the real world to the blockchain in the form of certifications (badges) through our peer-to-peer certification mechanism. This means that these badges are verified and validated by the community (curators), which decides what should be accepted and what not.

For instance, a use case is allowing all users to bring their reputation from their web2 social platforms for example. Through TheBadge users can prove in a decentralized way their ownership of their web2 social media profiles and create their “Web3 Passport ''.
