Variable Builder Residency

Our flagship program is the Variable Builder Residency. This program is a technology literacy program in addition to a cultural exchange program. Young leaders will join us for a week-long educational experience in a major tech hub around the world. During this week, participants will engage in hands-on workshops, cultural activities, and a office tour at a local tech company. At the end of the program, participants will participate in an emerging technology hackathon over the course of 72 hours.

In 2023, Variable held 3 builder residencies in Paris, New York, and Miami. In 2024, we have plans to expand even farther, with programs in London, Brussels, New York City, and Bangkok.

Variable Hacker Workshops

In order to prepare our participants for hackathon, we host online hacker workshops. These sessions ensure our community has an understanding of the basics: -What is Web3? / What is AI? -What is a hackathon? -Prepare your computer to hack -How to effectively pitch your hackathon project

These online workshops are held monthly.

At Variable, we believe your net worth is your network. Therefore, we prepare young leaders for the workforce by providing them an opportunity to get to know leaders in their field of interest. With our Career Day & Office Tour events, we partner with a major Fortune 500 company like Salesforce, Google, Mastercard, Microsoft, or IBM to demonstrate what a day in the life is like for various tech roles: -Software engineering -Product management -Tech sales -Cybersecurity -Data scientist -UX designer
