This project is designed to produce a widely accessible and practical business model for world peace. Working from a community of global citizens, producing personal incentives for participation, its growth will serve as an expansive Web 3 onboarding tool.
If everyday, ordinary human beings could successfully manufacture currencies outside of nation-states, then those same human beings can produce an overwhelming measure of world peace, and very much in the same way, by an instrument, or instruments, of agreement. There is a viable way to efficiently institute a broader measure of peace, and evolutionary movement in the world, and to monetize it as an economic infrastructure. It is about creating the appropriate incentives.
The Fuller Treaty, as a digital product, arises from a new World Game conversation, based on the work of Buckminster Fuller, #IsThereEnough. Its work is an entire culture of agreement. It has been tested among 100’s of people over 1000’s of hours in 25 countries. Its research and practice demonstrate an ability to produce trust and consensus in the world, even among people who have little in common to expect that result. It has been successfully used to moderate clarifying conversations about abortion, courage, water scarcity, wealth, hate, conflict, leadership, and tribalism. It uncovers ways for people who do not easily agree to identify common values and find ways to collaborate. Each increment of its success makes conflict and war a less viable and attractive option, and at a grassroots level, where it cannot easily be broken. Taking the consensus building value of the conversation of #IsThereEnough, and scaling it to the world, needs a formal expression and an economic engine to fulfil its mission. The Fuller Treaty is the driver of that engine, and will be built on an open source protocol for DAO communities to apply to their own constitutional commitments.
The Fuller Treaty is a symbolic historical action of personal sovereignty and human rights. A signer exercises a vote in a humanity-wide cultural commitment to make agreement itself, as a value, the antidote to, and the prevention of, conflict and war. Our program will monetize that action with personal rewards and recognition that will be of tradable game value.
This allows every individual in the world to play a meaningful and rewarding part in making the world work for 100% of humanity. That is the purpose of The World Game as outlined by Buckminster Fuller.
