Who are we? The company behind this initiative is BandaWeb3, a startup led by Mexi, its founder and visionary, dedicated to the development and promotion of Web3 technologies.

What are we? BandaWeb3 has inaugurated a multifunctional complex in Monterrey, which includes offices, a recording studio, and an operations center. This space is designed to be a hub where software projects are developed, workshops and events are organized both in real life (IRL) and online, focusing on Web3 technology.

Why do we exist? BandaWeb3's goal is twofold: on one hand, it seeks to democratize access to blockchain technology and other emerging Web3 technologies by offering public goods that facilitate their adoption and understanding. On the other hand, it provides specialized services for which it charges, helping individuals and companies to integrate these technologies into their operations, which also financially sustains the project.

Where are we? This center is located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, a city known for its rapid technological and entrepreneurial growth, becoming a hub of innovation in Latin America.

How do we operate? BandaWeb3 operates through: - Software Development: Creating decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain-based solutions. - Education and Workshops: Offering educational programs, workshops, and certifications in Web3 technologies to train the local and global community. - Events: Organizing conferences, meetups, hackathons, and other physical and virtual events to foster the Web3 community. - Recording Studio: Producing educational and promotional content in video and podcast formats to spread knowledge and news about Web3.

When can you visit? The inauguration of these new facilities has been recent, marking a milestone in 2024, with the intention that activities fully ramp up towards the end of this year and expand in the following years.

This project not only aims to be a center of technological innovation but also a space where the community can learn, collaborate, and grow within the Web3 ecosystem, positioning Monterrey and Mexico on the global map of blockchain and decentralized technology.
