Carbonable optimizes carbon sequestration investments using blockchain, satellite imagery, and AI for transparency and verification, aiming to improve the voluntary carbon credit market.

Carbonable – Revolutionizing Climate Solution Investments through Trust and Transparency

Carbonable serves as a pioneering technological partner, dedicated to derisking and optimizing carbon sequestration strategies for businesses and individuals. Our innovative platform harnesses the power of advanced technologies, including blockchain, satellite imagery, and model AI image processing, to tackle financial, operational, and reputational challenges intrinsic to carbon contribution while ensuring transparency and trust at each step.

Our approach focuses on addressing the key problems that face the voluntary carbon credit market, rather than simply tokenizing carbon credits. We empower clients to invest in carbon sequestration projects with confidence, providing complete traceability, long-term reliability, and control over their carbon assets, as well as simplifying the accounting aspect of carbon management. Carbonable's groundbreaking solution is redefining climate contribution solutions, instilling the ethos of "don't trust, verify" in every aspect of the carbon credit lifecycle.

Additional grant funding will enable Carbonable to make significant strides in the following priority areas:

  • Seamless Onboarding: Carbonable aims to expand web3 adoption by simplifying wallet processes for businesses and non-web3 users, creating a more inclusive and user-friendly experience.
  • Privacy and Verification: Carbonable will leverage zero-knowledge technology to protect sensitive and privacy data while still enabling auditable verification of carbon sequestration projects.
  • Consolidate transition from NFTs to SFTs: This migration will streamline asset management, enhancing efficiency and accessibility for users across the platform.
  • Open-Source Protocols: By maintaining open-source protocols, Carbonable promotes transparency, traceability, and collaboration as public goods, fostering innovation and trust in the climate contribution solutions landscape. Our tech stack includes Cairo & Solidity for smart contracts, React and Remix for front-end development, and TypeScript, Node.js, and Rust for back-end development.

Built on the StarkNet (Ethereum layer 2) ecosystem, Carbonable's solution is designed to be available on any ecosystem, even as a trust & service decentralized provider for CeFi. We also aim to accelerate our work closely with these ecosystems and expand compatibility to other Ethereum ecosystems, participating in main blockchain, ReFi & impact events in Paris, among others.

Carbonable's proposal demonstrates our commitment to take carbon investments to a new standard of trust, transparency, and operational efficiency. With additional grant funding, we are poised to create lasting, transformative change in the climate solutions space, empowering businesses and individuals to take decisive action for a sustainable future.
