We are building an infrastructure for proof of impact in regenerative work for marginalized communities in the form of Carbon-backed NFTs. We are developing a marketplace that will contain metadata such as name of offset, location, verification link and other relevant metadata. Through our marketplace, we streamline verified eco-projects to our platform and streamline ecological credits on Regen Network (A decentralized marketplace for eco-credits). Users in the form of waste pickers, collection points and recyclers for instance can log daily information such as the type, amount, and location of offsets. On the other hand, individuals or organizations looking to offset their carbon footprint can be able to do so transparently through Unique IDs and earn impact certificates. We successfully participated and won in ETH Safari in Kenya last year.
