Cian focuses on utilizing LST to provide users with delta-neutral yield strategies. Cian recently launched the PYUSD Long-Short vault. In order to capture both LST and funding rate yields simultaneously, Cian will swap a portion of PYUSD to wstETH, and then use wstETH as collateral to provide funds on AAVE. To hedge against Eth price fluctuations, Cian will swap a portion of PYUSD to USDC and short the same amount of ETH on DYDX. In the future, Cian will launch a vault for GHO with the same mechanism as the PYUSD long-short strategy.
