This animation illustrates "community is medicine" through a character's transformative journey with psychedelics, emphasizing the need for community support for complete healing and integration.

This is an animation project that aims to portray the essence of the phrase "community is medicine". The purpose behind the animation is to demonstrate that while psychedelics are powerful medicines, it is the community behind them that serves as the most potent medicine.

We will portray a character that goes through a journey of discovering magic mushrooms in the forest and then having a beautiful, terrifying and joyful and powerful experience.

Despite coming out of the experience renewed, we will portray some difficulty that arises in isolation.

The character will need to find connection in others to complete their integration path and reach wholeness.

We hope this animation will not only promote community, but also promote harm reduction and the importance of integration.
