We are a community of women dedicated to spreading education on crypto, blockchain, and web3 to more Spanish-speaking women who are starting in the ecosystem.

Our focus is on empowering women through education so that they can make informed and confident decisions when entering this space. We want to be the bridge that connects Spanish-speaking women with resources and knowledge that will enable them to explore and grow in web3.

We firmly believe that education is the key to increasing female participation. That's why we work to provide quality resources that are accessible and easy to understand for all women interested in learning more about crypto, blockchain, and web3.

Since July 2022, we have developed various actions such as:

• More than 50 Twitter Spaces sharing web3 education.
• More than 4 alliances with communities around LATAM. More than 20 scholarships awarded to women for different programs.
• An average of 250 listeners in each of our spaces.
• Currently, we have more than 5 ambassadors in Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, and Peru.
• We are growing in Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela.
• 5 in-real-life events in less than a year.
• Alliance with 2 Peruvian universities to bring education to college women.
• 5.9% engagement rate on Twitter.
• Launch of the Women in Web3 podcast.
• Valuable content on social media.
• Newsletters.

However, it is necessary to further strengthen the strategies to continue impacting more women. For this, alliances are needed to make sustainable the different actions that the community has.

Values

Our strategy is based on the three mandates that we manage as a community: learn, facilitate, and inspire. We also seek to solve a problem that we have identified, as there are programs that can have high prices, and in some cases, accessing them is not accessible to everyone, because many countries in LATAM are going through an economic crisis and devaluation of their currency. As a result, some women do not have education expenses as a basic need.
