Incubator promoting inclusion of women and non-binary individuals in Latin America's Web3 space through education and resources, targeting university outreach and governance participation expansion.

ENG: H.E.R. DAO LATAM is a talent incubator dedicated to empowering self-identifying women, trans women, and non-binary individuals in Latin America by providing education, resources, and opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem. Our mission is to diversify the blockchain ecosystem by breaking language barriers, nurturing talent, and offering financial freedom through learning and creating opportunities.

In 2022 we made a significant impact, with over 15 IRL workshops across 5 countries (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Panama), 10 webinars, 55 sponsored individuals to attend hackathons and conferences, and 20 successful hackathon projects.

In 2023 we aim to reach 3 new countries (Guatemala, Honduras, and Bolivia), with a strong focus on University outreach, and develop a team to serve as a delegate for governance participation in OP for womxn in LATAM.

Through this grant, we aim to expand our reach, impact, and support for underrepresented individuals in the Web3 space, ultimately driving diversity, innovation, and revenue generation.

ESP: H.E.R. DAO LATAM es una incubadora de talento dedicada a empoderar a personas que se identifican como mujeres, mujeres trans y personas no binarias en América Latina, proporcionando educación, recursos y oportunidades en el ecosistema Web3.

Nuestra misión es diversificar el ecosistema de blockchain rompiendo barreras lingüísticas, fomentando el talento y ofreciendo libertad financiera a través de oportunidades de aprendizaje y desarrollo.

En 2022 hemos logrado un impacto significativo, con más de 15 talleres presenciales en 5 países (Brasil, México, Colombia, Perú y Panamá), 10 seminarios web, 55 personas patrocinadas para asistir a hackatones y conferencias, y 20 proyectos exitosos de hackatones.

En 2023, nuestro objetivo es llegar a 3 nuevos países (Guatemala, Honduras y Bolivia), con un fuerte enfoque en la divulgación universitaria y en desarrollar un equipo para participar como delegadas en governanza en OP enfocada en mujeres en América Latina.

A través de esta grant, buscamos expandir nuestro alcance, impacto y apoyo a personas subrepresentadas en el espacio Web3, impulsando la diversidad y la innovación.
