Develop a DApp offering NFT-certified physical albums for independent artists, ensuring collector's item authenticity and ownership on the NEAR Blockchain.

Currently, independent artists have no way to provide a certificate to their loyal fans where they can be sure that they are purchasing a collector's item and provide assurance to future collectors so that they can be sure that the records they are purchasing come from the artist they are purchasing. they want to support.
