"dShares are tokenized securities issued by Dinari Inc, a US company and an SEC registered transfer agent. dShares are offered under Reg S registration exemption and therefore, are not offered to US citizens and residents. dShares offer streamlined exposure to US securities like COIN, TSLA, AAPL, US Treasuries, SPY and more. Dinari has partnered with FINRA approved clearing houses such as Alpaca Securities to make sure that every dShare is backed 1-1 with the US securities (for example, for every TSLA.d issued, a TSLA stock is purchased by Dinari to back it). dShare holders will receive dividends distributed to the underlying shares in the form of onchain stablecoin, USD+ which makes it financially equivalent to the shares themselves.
