My name is Eric, and I've self-taught myself in areas such as talent development, crypto, web3, social good, collaboration, and impact missions.

In recent years, my unwavering conviction has led me to make sacrifices, including leaving a promising job and parting ways with friends and associates, all in pursuit of a greater mission.

It hasn't always been easy, but the fulfillment I've gained from directly and indirectly adding value to people's lives has made it worthwhile.

In 2016, I was introduced to crypto, a pivotal moment that shapes my work today. Along the way, I became acutely aware of the unique challenges faced by someone living in Africa while building startups. In 2020, I founded Aya, initially with the goal of providing an easy way for African builders. Through this, I have made a contribution to the Ethereum community, such as Zuzalu, Zuconnect, and DevConnect, as a volunteer. Traveling from Ghana for DevConnect has been a whirlwind, and I look forward to adding more value as a volunteer.
