Fractal Visions embodies the nature of many amazing artworks including our own creative contributions. Why a DAO ? (Decentralized Autonomous Organization)

We have a few different community related initiatives to help assist artists who need help exposing their message with the world.

A set of rules to help guide the stake holders of our governance system to vote on each implementation as we grow together.

Providing clear transparency across the board to each person involved with our project using a multi signature wallet.

Each board member of the DAO must come to unanimous decisions for every cause.

The utilization of a DAO framework helps us establish a large network of support from all around the world.

The implementation of Off chain voting will establish the original committee formation and structure of the Fractal Visions ecosystem. Deciding factors of the initial proposals will shape how each council focuses on specific bounties, initiatives, and proposals, and grants formed in relation to the artwork and artists who are featured on Fractal Visions NFT marketplace.

Aragon Governance Deployment

100,000 tokens will be used for an On chain governance system after the distribution and token allocation is determined through the initial structure of off chain committee's currently forming from the token holders of our NFT community. PUBLIC GOODS

Nine of our NFT projects donate 100% of secondary sales to Public Goods on the Optimism network. As our business grows we are able to create more of these projects focusing on donating to public goods. We are huge advocates for public goods donations on the layer 2 scaling solution known as Optimism network.

A portal into our exclusive cross reality experience based on physical locations such as Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater located here in Colorado. A live music venue with an endless amount of possibilities to collaborate with musicians and artists from all around the world. We are here to help educate other artists with our creative process !!! Working one on one to help sponsor artists and assist each artist with the proper education for them to deploy NFTs safely as they are welcomed into the world of cryptocurrency.

Our main goal is to help onboard other artists into the NFT space & contribute to our artists in Peru who are teaching the youth traditional painting techniques. This is an ongoing initiative that started off by distributing royalty payments to the artists on our website for physical prints that we manufacture here in our printing production studio. We are quickly evolving by including these artists in our NFT deployment system over the course of the future.

For example Alicia is a 2D artist who has started her journey into the 3D art world with a new iPad for digital painting and sketching. Together we are partners in creation and love to collaborate on art projects. The support we receive through this grant will help us become more independent and allow us to have ample time for our own creation process. Although our main focus is to help uplift other artists we work one on one with empowering other creators to further the education of this technology.

Fractal Visions consists of a group of visionary artists creating & contributing towards the art available as a mutual benefit. A real world physical & digital asset marketplace where art collectors can choose Limited Edition tokenized artwork from a gallery of artists gathered from around the world. The NFTs represent ownership of a non-fungible token standard on the blockchain and authenticity of the original artwork if a physical copy exists.

How do we plan on evolving in the future ?

DAO Deployment

In the near future our governance Token will be used within the DAO community driven projects to help other artists throughout the world.

Expected launch for the Ethereal Art Museum DAO is in 2023 after a strong foundation has been established. Finishing our NFT deployment in preparation for our governance token deployment is our main priority for the remainder of 2022.

2023 LAYER 2 NFT Marketplace

Currently we are in the process of our official NFT market launch for secondary sales on our own native marketplace for the Fractal Visions ecosystem and working with an expert web3 user interface developer to build the ultimate marketplace. We want to build something cool for the Optimism network and align our vision with the ethos of the retroactive public goods that consistently gives back to those who participate the most in building or contributing to the ecosystem.

APRIL 2023 DEVELOPMENT

Beta Testing begins later this month with a soft roll out of our new product we have designed since December of 2022.

Public access is set for July of this year for our tentative date but we want to make sure everything is perfect along with multiple audits of the smart contracts prior to any users or artists outside our ecosystem being traded on the native platform for Fractal Visions new NFT marketplace debut..

International moderators for our discord are joining our team this month in preparation for the launch later this summer.

Artist applications will also be available for our platform curation process.
