🎖️ The goal of this project is to tackle impostor syndrome and empower entrepreneurs who are Web3-curious or have already entered Web3 to build their dreams.

🩷 We are here for the introverts, the neuro-divergent creatives, regardless of gender, location, or economic status.

Because everyone deserves to bet on themselves and follow what calls on their soul.

What we will help with specifically:

💰 Helping entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders get their first project

🤝 Hone their interview skills

🔨 Build personal brands

🧠 And and deal with the dreaded impostor syndrome.

How we plan to do it: with a combination of business strategy and mindset training.

We will hold workshops on copywriting, positioning, interviewing, sales skills, as well as nervous system regulation and mental health.

👋 Our team: myself, Dayana, proud SheFi Cohort 9 member. I’m a certified business coach and marketer with a track record of coaching 207 entrepreneurs in the Web2 space to date.

Some of the wonderful people I’ve mentored have gone on to land retainers that pay $65,000+, build their own businesses to over $100K per year, and soothe feelings of unworthiness to wake up energized, not anxious each morning.

I also serve as the Content Manager for a Web3 company and know what it’s like to go through the process of landing a gig in the space which can differ greatly from Web2.

My guest coach and project manager: James Rae. A seasoned crypto native, deep empath, and community builder. He will help me with the technical aspect of training as well as securing podcast guests.
