GovScore is the onchain score for finding Optimism delegates. The ideal candidate for new delegation has a transparent onchain identity as identified using ENS, a consistent and proven recent voting history, and relatively low voting power. Our goal is to hold governance to a higher standard and help delegation find better delegates or get non-participants to start participating.
