Problem:

Health X Change, is working to address two major problems in the healthcare industry: lack of transparency and fair compensation for the use of individuals' health data, and the disconnect between pharmaceutical companies and their patients.

Solution:

Health X Change will work with pharma companies to conduct R&D and build patient engagement solutions. We will contribute a portion of profits from these activities to a fund that backs our minted token - effectively creating a royalty-like instrument for our users.

Firstly, patients often lack transparency and control over their health data, which is collected by hospitals and healthcare providers and sold to pharmaceutical companies without their knowledge or consent. Our platform allows patients to easily retrieve and view their health data in one place and gives them the option to donate their data in return for a cryptographic token we will mint. This provides patients with a transparent and fair compensation mechanism for their contributions. Compensation that scales with the success of our startup, incentivizing users to participate on our platform.

Secondly, pharmaceutical companies often struggle to communicate with and understand the people actually taking their drugs. They also lack a comprehensive and centralized view of patient information that they can use for research and development. Health X Change addresses both of these problems by offering a patient engagement and R&D platform for pharmaceutical companies.

We can surface relevant offers and messages to our users without compromising their data. In the short term, this can be used to advertise Rx drugs, clinical trials, and specialty services to our users. In the long term, this data can also be used to train novel AI models to predict disease risk and mine information on genetic markers of disease.

By bridging the gap between patients and pharmaceutical companies, we can facilitate more effective and efficient medical research and improve health outcomes for our users.
