DeSci community runs its grant rounds, using a multisig treasury for collecting funds and managing expenses for grant operations and governance.
With the launch of the Gitcoin Grants Stack and Allo Protocol, the DeSci community is now running its own grant rounds as part of the Gitcoin Grants Program.
To enable grant round operations, the community-elected round stewards have created a multisig to act as a treasury for collecting matching funds.
This multisig will also act as a community treasury to cover the costs of creating and operating grant rounds and future governance processes.
A full review of on-chain transactions and costs for the April 2023 Beta Rounds can be found here.
