Her Nation is a digital nation with onchain governance, treasury and consensus; dedicated to empowering female creators and builders with coordination tools, capital and incentives to effectively enter and help shape an inclusive and prosperous Web3 ecosystem.

B: Problem

Web3 and broader technological platforms have not been designed with the preferences and experiences of women in mind, leading to a significant lack of participation from women. This oversight is part of a larger issue where the blockchain hype cycle has delivered functional innovation without addressing the next critical step for mainstream adoption: experiential innovation. Current design and interoperability gaps fail to cater to 50% of the population, alienating women from participating in pivotal economic activities within the ecosystem. This lack of inclusivity is evident through:

• Capital deployment towards women builders, artists, and creators remains disproportionately low compared to their male counterparts
• Predominantly male-dominated tech conferences, with user adoption struggling at just 4.2% after 16+ years.
• User experiences and existing onboarding processes are primarily designed with male preferences in mind (what is the proof?)
• Femme-centric social platforms in web3 that integrate transactions, governance, NFTs, and Quadratic Funding are nonexistent.
• Fragmented and siloed female groups within the ecosystem, which face challenges in scaling their initiatives.

C: Solution

Her Nation is developing a DApp tailored for female-centric communities in the Web3 space. Our platform features an intuitive, user-friendly no-code wizard for that simplifies the management and governance of community activities. We provide essential Web3 tools for effective communication, collaboration, and networking enabling members to engage effortlessly with Web3 technologies.

Members of "Her Nation" can host and participate in events, initiate projects, secure funding and partake in community governance—earning rewards for their active involvement.
