Introduction: I am Lauran, a passionate individual from China, actively contributing to the Web3 community. For the past two years, I have been an active contributor to two communities: PlanckerDAO and Uncommons. This time, I become a volunteer at DevConnect.

Experience and Contributions: During my time in the Web3 space, through my involvement, I have gained deep insights into decentralized finance, governance mechanisms, and emerging technologies that underpin Web3 applications. These experiences have allowed me to contribute effectively and make a positive impact within the community.

Need for Grant: I firmly believe in the transformative potential of Web3 technology. However, to continue my meaningful contributions in Istanbul, I require financial support. This grant would provide me with the necessary resources to help cover my expenses in plane tickets and accommodations. Ans I also believe this grant program will help to make volunteers a more sustainable support force within Ethereum ecosystem.
