Technical Specifications

  1. Subnet Infrastructure Custom Blockchain: Each Nvlope facility will operate on its own subnet, tailored specifically for healthcare data and operations. These custom blockchains will be optimized for the secure storage and transfer of medical imaging and other bioassets.

Validators: Dedicated validators will maintain network integrity within each subnet. Validators will be responsible for verifying transactions, securing the network, and ensuring the accuracy and availability of data.

Cross-Chain Compatibility: Using Avalanche’s cross-chain messaging protocols, Nvlope will ensure seamless data sharing and interoperability between subnets and the main Avalanche network. This compatibility will allow radiology facilities to communicate and exchange data efficiently.

  1. Interoperability Avalanche Warp Messaging (AWM): AWM enables efficient and secure communication between subnets and the mainnet. It uses a low-level messaging protocol that supports the transfer of arbitrary data encoded in an array of bytes. AWM’s BLS signature scheme ensures the authenticity and integrity of messages, making it ideal for healthcare applications.

Teleporter Protocol: The Teleporter protocol facilitates low-cost cross-chain data transfers. It provides replay protection, retries, and relayer incentivization, ensuring secure and reliable message delivery. Teleporter’s user-friendly interface abstracts the complexity of cross-chain interactions, enabling smooth integration with existing EVM-based applications.
