The Perpetual Organization Architect (Poa) is an AI-powered no code DAO builder that helps users build Perpetual Organizations. These organizations are fully community, not investor, owned through a combination of participation based voting and direct democracy. Each comes with a decentralized task manager for rewarding participation.

We simplify the organization creation and management process so founders can focus on recruiting a community that can govern itself. POA is well suited for open source software collectives, non-profits, student groups, or any other community focused organization.

Our goal is to provide the infrastructure for a new economy where workers are fairly compensated for work in both payments and voice. This limits exploitation driven by centralized corporate governance and drives innovation by giving workers even more incentive to work hard. The community ownership structure and not for profit nature of Perpetual Organizations aligns the organizations goals directly with the community its meant to serve instead of ignoring needs for profit.

We won first prize for best new subgraph at ETH Denver 2024.
