Ciao! I'm Raffaele, a passionate developer and Ethereum enthusiast from Napoli.

I love to contribute to the growth of the Ethereum ecosystem through volunteering and building communities. I have volunteered for several ETH events (Prague, Warsaw, etc) but being a volunteer for Devconnect IST has been one of the greatest experience!

I love building communities, because gathering people who have common passions and interests produces immense impact on society and generates unpredictable sparks that ignite change. That's why we decided to found the Ethereum Neapolitan community, after meeting the founders of SpaghettETH, the Italian Ethereum community, at Devcon Bogotá. They helped us a lot with the funding and the speakers for our first event in May this year, which was awesome and a great success!
Our local community activities include having meet-ups with students and hosting smaller events to educate people on web3.

We are currently working on our next ETH Naples event “Napul.ETH Open Village” which will have 3 main goals:

• Onboard the largest number of interested people.

• Make an ETH conference with great speakers affordable for everyone.

• Prepare the students for the event by providing them a free educational academy with weekly live sessions.
