Swaplace is a P2P DEX, Ownerless, Open-source, Cross-Chain and Feeless environment for Swaps and OTC market. The project's goal is to create an infrastructure capable of being modular to create new approaches of swaps above it, this allows the community to use it as an SDK for new business models and businesses to use HTML for integrating into their apps.

Swaplace is designed to address critical pain points in the ecosystem:

1. Mitigating high fees associated with marketplaces;

2. Eliminating intermediaries in transactions;

3. Streamlining the process of transferring various tokens through a single transaction;

4. Enabling payment for tokens with diverse asset combinations without additional fees;

5. Opening possibilities to the OTC market and liquidity;

6. Transferring assets between chains (cross-chain solution).

Scaling and Sustaining Growth

Swaplace was born as an Open-source project designed for Public Goods applications. Started with the idea of being a community-driven construction, as the contracts cannot be upgraded, have no ownership, don't charge fees, their complex mechanics should be built by the community using the interface of Swaplace, there are no external contract dependencies and the protocol itself operates using allowances.

Initially, the project's primary focus is on being feeless, indicating that the revenue model isn't the central concern during the initial phase of the product (given the emphasis on traction). The aim is to establish a scalable open-source platform that will serve as a hub for developers and builders to collaborate and construct their Swap and OTC-focused products. Subsequently, we will introduce features that involve fees, such as function swaps and more customized deals, brining the revenue.
