This project is focused on increasing the representation of minorities in the web3 space with a focus on the black community. Our vision is to host a minimum of 2 educational and social workshops for those communities where we can help create diversity among investors, developers, founders and buildings in this space. As the Co-Founder of Crypto Babes Club, a global community connecting women+ to education, jobs, and mentorship, author of the Crypto Strategy Workbook for Youth and the creator of The Crypto Strategy Academy, I aim to create welcoming and relatable spaces for minority communities to learn and network on all things Blockchain and Web3. I’ve hosted numerous events with 300+ attendees across North America educating, connecting and accelerating knowledge of this industry, with a focus on minority communities. My goal is to expand to overseas markets to create a larger impact on minority communities in other countries. We host events around some of the largest web3 and tech conferences to build momentum and exposure to attract these communities. Our target audience is individuals ages 18-40 years old who belong to a minority community, with a focus on women and Black communities.
