Subject: Women of DeSci, ReFi, ReSci & DeFi - A Reference Guide, Ed. 1

Purpose: 💞

As Web3 ecosystems grow, especially in the areas of decentralized science, regenerative finance, regenerative science and decentralized finance, more women are taking innovative and active leadership roles. As these areas become more mainstream we anticipate more media interest and event opportunities for women who are engaged in DeSci, ReFi, ReSci and DeFi to share their stories, their projects, and their views on shaping these nascent ecosystems. We also intend to foster and encourage cross-disciplinary pollination in hopes of creating an ever more robust pluriverse.

Project Thesis: 📗📚

Book. Compilation of women (and those identifying as such) who are front and center in the Web3 movements of DeSci, ReSci, ReFi and DeFi.

Each profile will be 1 - 2 pages and include the person’s picture (or avatar) and organization or affiliation logo, short bio, passion project, Web3 origin story, favorite quote. This reference guide is primarily meant to elevate and honor the women forging new paths in these nascent Web3 disciplines and to support their voices as subject matter experts for media, events and speaking engagements.

Many media organizations, event producers/co-ordinators, speakers bureaus are at a loss when it comes to sourcing thought leaders in DeSci, ReFi, ReSci and DeFi who are female &/or identify as such. *Note: ReSci and DeSci are meant to be inclusive of Open Science.

This Quick Reference Guide is to serve as a useful and essential tool. It’s a tool for people and organizations when they are looking to book speakers, media interviews, panel participants, board members, thought leaders and other expert roles in this nascent and specialized field of blockchain meets science, regenerative finance, engineering, math, technology, art, fintech and open science.
