OUR MISSION

Si3 is an ecosystem architecting and facilitating a more decentralized, equitable and collaborative web. As an ecosystem, we offer tools and resources including our Si Her Co-Active, unifying and accelerating womxn and non-binary professionals, communities and businesses in the Web3 era.

IMPACT OPPORTUNITY: Data shows womxn represent 27% of the web3 industry (BCGX’s ‘Web3 Already Has a Gender Diversity Problem‘ study, 2023). In an effort to provide more visibility and opportunity for womxn, we have introduced our siher.eth site template with ENS Domains and IPFS storage. Our members are utilizing this site to demonstrate their web3 professional brands and apply for job opportunities, accelerators, investment, speaking opportunities, and collaborations.

**In February 2024, we were the 1st place winners in ArbitrumDAO’s minigrant series out of 28 applicants in the ‘Future of Web3 Identity’ category.

INTRODUCING COLLAB COMMONS

To further Si Her’s mission of accelerating visibility and opportunities for the diverse web3 ecosystem, we are building a CRM and marketing automation system that will provide structure for partnerships and execution of collaborative marketing campaigns. We will be introducing this system to our database of (400) diversity-focused and led communities, NFT collections and DAO’s. We will be utilizing Arbitrum for the blockchain functionality of the database within this system.

FINANCIAL INCLUSION OPPORTUNITY:

Data shows men-founded web3 startups raise almost four times more capital than women-founded startups (BCGX, 2023). In our experience and analysis, the majority of grant funds in the developer-centric grant funding ecosystem are also being directed towards men. In an effort to support more financial opportunity and inclusion for women, who often self-fund their projects, we are introducing our ‘Trade With Her’ 12-part learning series on crypto and DeFi-related topics. Our aim is to move our members into action and increase their earning potential within the crypto markets to support their projects, communities and well-being.

EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY:

‘Learners trained with VR were up to 275% more confident to act on what they learned after training - a 40% improvement over classroom and 35% improvement over e-learning’ (PwC’s 2022 US Metaverse Survey). Confidence for women is a large issue that many face, particularly in technology: 78% of women in the tech industry believe they need to work harder than their colleagues to show their value (Trust Radius, 2021).

In an effort to improve confidence and learning engagement and retention, we are introducing our immersive education experience in partnership with female-founded Metaverse Tangra. Within this space, we are creating an inclusive educational and collaborative environment, integrating our tech ecosystem partners. As a part of this grant, we would like to include Arbitrum within our Metaverse world and introduce Arbitrum’s blockchain, grant and builder opportunities.

Kara Howard is a growth marketer & women-in tech community architect. Previously, she was VP of Growth & Partnerships at Accel and Sequoia-backed marketing automation firm CleverTap, where she led awareness-building activities for the US market as the company grew from Series A to Series B (now at Series D). For the first ten years of her career, Kara was a financial analyst in London and NYC, and Equity Researcher on Wall St. Over the last ten years, her work in Equity Research has evolved into an active community builder for women in emerging tech.

Ksenia Stark is the Co-Founder of impact and creator house ⅄Oᒋ⅋NOISՈᖵNOϽ. She is a Web3-native entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in digital and brand strategies, from setting up the virtual presence and driving PR & e-commerce projects to working in strongly regulated industries overseeing compliance and scaling markets of €500K daily turnover. Ksenia believes in meaningful connections and the power of emerging technologies and media to positively impact humanity.
