Educational project in Bahia forming CriptoBahia, supported by Optimism funding, focusing on blockchain and regenerative finance through hackathons, workshops, and international collaboration.

Origin of CriptoBahia and Support from Optimism via the Blockchain na Escola Project.

The web3 workshops conducted by the Blockchain na Escola project in Bahia in 2023 generated significant interest, leading a group of people to form a space for innovation and collaboration. This laid the foundations for the emergence of CriptoBahia.

Recognizing the initiative and potential of CriptoBahia, the Blockchain na Escola project allocated resources in OP, the cryptocurrency of Optimism, to help structure and support the development of CriptoBahia as part of the process.

The support from Optimism was essential for the evolution of CriptoBahia, enabling its integration into the blockchain ecosystem and the development of educational materials about Optimism's technology. Currently, CriptoBahia is expanding its activities, including the creation of a group focused on Hackathons that participates in national and international hackathons, aiming to create innovative products. Blockchain na Escola continues to be a strategic partner, supporting the educational formation of the group.

CriptoBahia is currently expanding its activities and is working on the creation of a School focused on Hackathons, where participants learn through a regenerative curriculum. Blockchain na Escola remains a strategic partner, supporting the educational formation of the CriptoBahia Hackathon School.
