The dOrg Hot Seat is an audio-video podcast where we collectively interview tech leads and founders of top web3 projects. We get into the nitty-gritty details that web3 devs and tech enthusiasts want to hear!

The value proposition of our podcast "dOrg Hot Seat" lies in its unique and challenging approach to interviewing tech leads. Our podcast host not only asks questions but he also moderates and invites the community to actively participate and challenge our guests with spicy hot tech questions.

The importance of this project relies on addressing the lack of easy-to-consume high-quality technical content for web3 builders and enthusiasts. We aim to empower web3 builders with valuable insights and education to better understand the technology behind the tools and infrastructure, to contribute in building better tech and having greater impact.

We explore different verticals (infrastructure, DeFi, tools, etc) and technical aspects of blockchain projects covering providing education, enhancing community, and creating entertainment.

With the money raised, we plan to continue producing podcast episodes, improving its brand and marketing so we can grow our audience and increase engagement. We want the podcast to become sustainable through ongoing sponsorship, and potentially other revenue streams, such as merchandise or partnerships. so that we can fulfil our goal to keep contributing to the web3 ecosystem with education and entertainment for web3 builders and tech users.

We have released 20 episodes on Youtube, Lenstube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts with Youtube leading our views, here are our metrics since our first episode publication on December 2022:

The team behind the dOrg Hot Seat podcast is composed of dOrg members who are passionate about blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize various industries. dOrg is a web3 dev collective organized as a DAO since 2019 focused on accelerating the development of web3 organizations.

Pol Lanski: Host, COO of DAppNode, and journalist. Pol is our host and he is responsible for creating a friendly environment in every episode with the audience and guests.

Anita Caldera: Marketing & Communications, dOrg Comms Lead. She is responsible for all the communication, coordination and marketing related to the podcast and guests.

Ariana Cooper: Video Editor, Sony Entertainment Member. Ariana is responsible for the edition of the audio and video for every episode.
