About

ENSRedirect is a tool for ENS domain holders and users to make the most out of their .eth names.Users can redirect their domain to any website of their choice, curate, generate and showcase their Web3 profile seamlessly. Embedded video and audio content for creators and social links, hosted on ENS and IPFS - all for free!

Our mission is to build products and public goods that empower .eth holders and users to utilize their domains. To revolutionize ENS domains, we believe users need tools to seamlessly manage their identity onchain and unlock immersive digital experiences.

Updates since previous Gitcoin round:

Thank you to our supporters from the previous Gitcoin Grant round. A summary of all releases since the last Gitcoin round:

  • Deployed a bot on the AT Protocol (Bluesky) that monitors and posts updates regarding the freshly generated web3 profiles and DNS redirects done through ensredirect.eth. For full details check: https://github.com/ENS-Redirect/bluesky-bot
  • Resolved issues to support DNS redirects for wrapped ENS names.
  • Bug fixes.

What we will use the grant for:

Contributions to our grant will support the ongoing development of our platform, which aims to support and enhance the experience for our users. Roadmap:

  • Gasless updates for all our features through IPNS support.
  • Support for updating text records via ensredirect.eth
  • Integrate NFTs to reflect on users' profiles.
  • UI/UX website improvements with a more intuitive experience for our users.
  • Integrate support for users to use their twitter profile as their avatar on their ENS domain.
  • Add L2 support for all our features.

Our main goal is to continue developing products for decentralized communities and users to unlock amazing digital experiences using their domains. We see a future where Ethereum is accessible to everyone and we believe ENS serves as a gateway to achieving this goal.
