ForkinWisdom: Collaborative milestone-reporting campaigns (on-chain and gas-less) for public good projects selected in the latest Octant Round.

We are going to create "Collaborative scrollable milestone-reporting campaigns" (on-chain and gas-less)" to help at least 7 public good projects thrive (see the list below). We will create at least 7 campaigns (one per project) to get more web2 people to get into web3 and start supporting public goods.

The community will frictionlessly (on-chain and gas-less) help the project with research, milestone-reporting, voting, and amplifying their mission. They will receive economic prizes (in USDC), providing a significant incentive for participation. As the campaign progresses, we will cultivate a highly engaged and invested community, excited about each project's mission, milestones, and eager to become long-term advocates and contributors.

This project will create a growth flywheel for every project. It will build more trust and accountability to each project, increase their support and funding, and at the same time it will help onboard more people to web3.

100% of the funds will be used to create milestone-reporting campaigns to promote those public good projects.

50% of those resources will be used to reward the community for collaborating, voting and amplifying their campaigns.

We will be able to support these 7 projects thanks to your support in this round, a recent Grant from ThankArb, and previous funding in Gitcoin Rounds. We will add a new public good project for every $300 usd that we receive above the $2k mark. We really appreciate your support!

We want to empower public good projects, so we are building a platform that strengthens their impact through interactive storytelling, gamified community engagement, and frictionless web3 onboarding. Our platform ensures deep engagement and long term participation and growth, creating vibrant communities excited to drive positive change.

The project has these characteristics:

CREATIVE SCROLLABLE STORYTELLING: In today's world where attention is fiercely contested, compelling storytelling is crucial. We have created a very innovative scrollable storytelling technique to ensure that newly onboarded people will understand the project's mission and milestones, and also will be very engaged and interested in participating further.

GAMIFIED ONBOARDING AND SENSEMAKING: We will build strong communities for public good projects using a gamified collaborative experience. The community will frictionlessly (on-chain and gas-less) help the project with research, milestone-reporting, voting, and amplifying their mission. They will receive economic prizes (in USDC), providing a significant incentive for participation. As the campaign progresses, we will cultivate a highly engaged and invested community, excited about each project's mission, milestones, and eager to become long-term advocates and contributors.

COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH AND ON-CHAIN MILESTONE-REPORTING: The long-term success of web3 public good funding is to create accountability and trust. We will be asking the projects to publish their milestones on-chain (KarmaGap, Hypercerts, EAS, etc.) and we will use these to create our research and storytelling campaigns. This will bring accountability and trust to the projects, which will translate to more funding in the future. All the research, campaigns and storytelling materials will be published using a Creative Commons License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

FRICTIONLESS WEB3 ONBOARDING: Web3 is an amazing tool for transparency and decentralization, but newcomers have been reluctant to join due to the complexity of the onboarding process. We want to change that. Our web app provides users with an embedded smart wallet (keychain only, no passwords, seed phrases, etc.), and every transaction is sponsored, so they don't have to purchase any eth or anything to move funds or vote. This allows users to experience Web3 without any risks or hurdles.

This project will create a growth flywheel for every project. Its gamified, creative and gas-less nature will help onboard more people to web3, and this will bring more resources to the projects and to the whole web3 public goods ecosystem.
